If you think the Denver Market has slowed down, you’re half right. Yes, it has slowed down, due to seasonal constraints, such as Vacation Time (July) and Back to School (August) – but be prepared for the action to pick up in September & October – with more homes on the market, and more buyers on the hunt. Then, plan on November and December to slow down to its slowest time of the year – due to the upcoming Holidays. January through June picks up steadily month to month again. It’s a rhythm in the Denver Real Estate Market you can count on. In my 20 years of real estate, it’s like clock work. Depend on it.
