Real Estate Update for December
The average Denver County sale price came in at $447,129, 7% higher than last year. 593 new real estate listings hit the market last month but to no surprise, December tends to be the lowest supply month of the year. With the start of the new year, we should see an increase in the inventory of homes for sale and a continued upward trend from now through the summer.
